Shared instructions for every coding agent on this project. Codex reads this file directly. Claude Code reads it directly from version 2.1.277, and older sessions load it through a `CLAUDE.md` that contains the line `@AGENTS.md`. If a `CLAUDE.md` already exists in the folder or a parent folder, Claude Code gives it priority, so keep that file to the single `@AGENTS.md` line.
