How we handle your data.

What this website collects, where it goes, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version

We collect the details you type into our contact form or send us by email, and we use them to reply to you and to run the engagement if we work together. There are no advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

What we collect and why

Contact formYour name, email address, company website (optional), your message and the language you used. We use it to reply and to prepare for a first call. The form has a hidden honeypot field to catch bots; a real person never fills it in.

Company website lookupIf you give us a website, an automation of ours fetches its public homepage and writes a short summary so we arrive at the call knowing what you do. Nothing is fetched from behind a login.

EmailAnything you send to contact@automathiq.com, or to a team member directly, stays in our Google Workspace mailboxes.

Booking a callBookings run through Cal.com, which collects your name, email and the time you pick under its own privacy policy, then adds the meeting to our Google Calendar.

Language preferenceIf you switch between English and Spanish, the site stores that choice in your browser's local storage so it opens in the same language next time. It never leaves your browser.

Server logsThe site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period to run and secure the service.

FontsTypefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads, under Google's privacy policy.

Where it goes

A contact form submission is sent to an automation workflow we run on our own n8n server, which stores the record in our Supabase database, creates a contact in Attio (our CRM) and emails the founders. If we start working together, the same details go into the shared Google Drive folder and project tools for your engagement. We don't share your details with any other third party unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our CRM so we can pick up the thread if you come back later. If you'd rather we delete them, email contact@automathiq.com and we'll remove your record from the database, the CRM and our mailboxes within 30 days, keeping only what accounting or legal rules require us to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send by replying and saying so. Write to contact@automathiq.com and mention "privacy" in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.
